CEO and founder, Annette Fitzgerald, has been recruited to consult with several of the major teaching and community hospitals in New England and the Boston Area on the subjects of accounts receivable management, compliance, documentation, claim submission guidelines and billing and payment review sessions. 

 

As CEO, Annette plays an active role in the account management of clients while also overseeing all day-to-day medical billing activities, managing operations, and assuring a smoothly functioning, efficient medical billing firm. As an active member of both MGMA and Anesthesia Administration Assembly (AAA), Annette has held positions in AAA including Legislative Liaison and member of the AAA Executive Committee from 1996-1999.  From 1999 to 2007 she held a position on the American Society of Anesthesiologists Committee on Economics. She has also been a guest speaker at meetings for organizations such as MGMA/AAA, ASA Practice Management and the Massachusetts Society of Anesthesiologists. Prior to coming to PAR, Annette was administrator for a large anesthesia practice and reported directly to the President and Board of Directors. She obtained her BS in Business Administration from Emmanuel College and is certified as a Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) by MGMA.
